[VIDEO GAMES] Are there any other games out there as awesome as this!?
I was just wondering... Are there any other games like My Candy Love out there? Maybe not EXACTLY the same, but something similar to this.
I was just wondering because I REALLY REALLY REALLY LOVE this game, its SO FUN, but in all honesty the Action Points are annoying the crap out of me -__-
WHO CANNOT BE ANNOYED BY THE ACTION POINTS!? ARRRGGGHHH.
I have probably spent over £20 by now, and if there are any other awesome games like these, please do not hesitate to tell me.

Yup.. ive look for it.. too.. but, that is in Ps2 it means its a CD.. and must play in TV, lol i want to have that CD soon xD

Something like this is "star Project galaxy games"
its really good! The boys are so cute in it! You play as a manager for a infamous star company and you try to make your star famous,fall in love with you, or do other awesome stuff!
I luv star project it has good romance feeling and music

Well I do know a game similar to MyCandyLove the only thing that's similar about it is has guys you can date and build relationships with. There is a series of it too. Just look up Pacthesis Dating Sims they're really fun!
Hi I think I can help you out here a little ^^ The type of games your looking for are otome games (which I am a passionate player and reviewer of)
I don't really play any online based ones (this is the first internet one I'm trying but as you said the action point system is very annoying)
Most otome games are for the PC or very popular on the PSP (nearly ALL I play are on the psp)
For the psp I would reccommend the UTAPRI series (my all time favourite otomoe game)and Beyond the future: fix the time arrows
For the pc: Starry Sky series (so sweet~) and Bloody nightmare
Some future releases which I've preordered and really looking forward to are UtaPri: all star, Bloody Nightmare: Last Hope, Diabolik Lovers (<<<insanely epic!!<<<)
although one problem is that these games ARE in japanese so unless you can understand it, you may find it really difficult to understand them :c ALTHOUGH some games such as Starry Sky: Spring have fan-made english patches avaliable for free download ^^
AND ALSO, the first ever official ENGLISH subbed psp otomoe game was released around april; Hakuoki: Shinsengumi, which is quite good actually~ (Heisuke and Chikage are awesome!)

Hatoful Boyfriend is free, good, and, I think, available in English now? You go to a school with a bunch of boys and you uncover a conspiracy at the same time. There's less of a concrete dating system, more of a build as you go plot-centered deal, but the multiple endings are all a blast. Especially the one you get going after the school's doctor 
I looked up hatoful boyfreind and what pulled up was this game about dating pigeons! Now what do i do??? 
Star project although i'm bored with it because honestly touya (the first guy) seems to just go on and on and he's whiny and not my type at all he reminds me of my son with the whiny. but RE Alister++ is a pretty good game. just got done with that. i suggest it. most the other games i've found like this one are iphone or android only gmaes and i dont have either one so sorry i cant help more.

My brother plays that one (he often uses a pigeon as his avatar, so it was a good fit).
My sister got me hooked on a DVD game (that was original for the PS2 in Japan) called "Hourglass of Summer." It's a boy's side dating sim, but it's very sentimental.

Ah, it's really great, even with the pigeons. Also it's kind of hilarious to date birds. Playing through all the paths is really fun, especially with friends. Not quite the same as this, but still really fun.
Omg i cannot find any games close to mycandylove but i HATE the AP it sucks star project is fun but not that great compared to mycandylove. And dont say hatoful boyfriend 
Well there's this game called Woozworld, and there's also GGG.com, Fantage, and Ladypopular. There all pretty fun. Hope I helped!
Well I play babydow & howrse. They are not similar in the subject/objective of this game. But the game servers are more than perfect and everything runs smoothly!
If you go to the lemna soft forums they have a lot of otome games. Most of them are free but some are comerical.
OTOME/VOLTAGE GAMES RULE!!! They are dating sims but for iphone, ipod and android phone. There are 2 in english (since they originate from japan) Look up pirates in love and my forged wedding. They are pricey though but it was worth buying it. If you buy pirates in love, i recommend getting Eduardo, Nathan and thomas but you can try the rest
I really like this game as well.... But I can never get any action points to PLAY!!!! 
Mybe well there's star project but you run out of energy kinda slowly and right now i only have 32 energey and i can't do any thing..... anyone got any suggestions????
I kno one its called statichotel.com Its like u make a character and you get coins to buy things and stuff lots of the things you can buy is cheap and u can go to static club and u can buy membership for a few days its fun and los of cool things to do.you can also build rooms. also on statichub.net it has radio and tinyvhat for ppl to meet new ppl .check it out its real cool.Add me as a friend.
Pft, I don't think there IS any game as cool as this! So far, this website and Tumblr are the only sites I log onto daily! But, I do play a lot of otome games. Even though they may be totally different in concept to this site, they're still dating sims. Some of them include;
- Star Project (no download, browser game. You manage stars in a company and get the oppertunity to date them)
- Uta no Prince-Sama (Also known as "UtaPri" or "Prince of Song" I can't remember what platform this is for, but it's a dating sim where your character attends a boarding school for musicians, all whom want to be either stars or composers.)
- Hatoful Boyfriend (Downloadable, The English version is shortened and only has a select amount of characters, but it's a dating sim where you date pigeons. Yeah.)
- The "Shall We Date" series (A number of otome games for Apple devices, cost about 5 USD each. I recommend "Shall We Date; Ninja Love", but there are a few others)
- Voltage series (Also for Apple devices, English translations consist of "My Forged Wedding", "Pirates in Love" and "Be My Princess". All three of these are free, but as for My Forged Wedding and Pirates in Love, it's only the preview that is free, and each character costs about 4 USD. As for "Be My Princess", I haven't gotten far enough in the game to know if you can play through for free.)

I cant find any of them but people keep talking about star project but this game is more fun i wish there was no action point and the only give us 15 a day that sucks. and for some reason i keep wasting them to got see Castiel i guess i like him the most I LOVE BAD BOYS
Okay, this "Hatoful Boyfriend" thing is already annoying me and I haven't even played it yet! I'm trying to get the english demo trial whatever thing. And whenever I search for it, it makes me go to ten different foreign laguage sites and I start downloading a much of shiz that don't even work after I extract the files...... If only things can be easy and point me to ONE website where I click ONE button and have ONE icon appear so that I can freaking play the game already! >.< I've been having this problem with other downloadable games too and they make me feel so stupid!
Alistair++ Is very cool! I think you'd love it! ^^ There's another one called Star Project but for me I get confused by it sometimes...most of the times...Okay always! xD
